American Cleaning & Restoration South was founded in 2008 by President and Manager Dave Ericksen. Dave had spent the previous eight years with another restoration company as their vice president. For 20 years before that, he was in the insurance industry in claims and claims management.

We do more than restoration; we also do quite a bit of counseling about the claims process. Those suffering a loss will have questions. It helps when we can provide answers to those questions and put their minds at ease.
